1. Tell us about you
Start with your full name and email — that's how we send your quote back. Phone and country are optional but help us plan around your trip. We also ask for the ages in your group (for example, "oldest 97 and youngest 2") so we only suggest activities everyone can join.
2. Browse activities by category
Tours are organized the same way as on our website — Caving, Rappelling, Jeeping & ATVs, Water Sports, Walking tours and many more. Open a category, tap a tour to read about it, and press "Add to itinerary". Add as many as you like, from as many categories as you like.
3. Dates, times and group size
For each tour you choose a preferred date and time and how many people are joining. If your date falls on a Friday or Saturday, some tours carry a Shabbat fee — the builder shows the amount up front and asks you to confirm it. The same happens if your group is larger than the tour's standard size. No surprises later.
4. Review and send
The bar at the top keeps count as you build. On the review page you can add optional extras to each tour, leave us notes, and send the itinerary to our office.
Saving for later
Not ready to send? Tap the save button and we'll email you a 6-digit code (and text it too if you left a phone number). Come back within 30 days, enter your email and code on the first page, and continue exactly where you left off.
What happens after you send?
Our team checks availability for your dates and sends you back a personalized quote with exact prices, usually within one business day. Nothing is booked and nothing is charged until you approve that quote — your itinerary is a wish list, not a commitment.
About prices
The builder doesn't show prices because most of our tours are priced by group size, season and date. Your quote will have the exact numbers for your exact plan.
